The Benefits of Lemon

Lemon is a classical  representative of the citrus family. Lemon has a sour taste, but there’s also a lot of sugar, which is not felt because of a large quantity of  acids.  Lemon water can make us thinner. One reason for this is the pectin fiber which leads to a feeling of satiety. You just have to mix lemon with warm water and honey, and it can help reduce our diet!

Lemon  contains vitamins A, B1, D, and especially vitamin C (lemon averages about 40% the recommended daily requirement of the vitamin) essential metabolic processes, and the required nutrition.

The fruit pulp contains a considerable amount of organic acids (citric, malic), pectin, sugar (up 3.5%), carotene, volatile; vitamins thiamin, riboflavin, ascorbic acid (to 0.085%), rutin, flavonoids, derivatives of coumarin, galacturonic acid, sesquiterpenes, hesperidin, eriotsitrin, eridiktiol.

The lemon is considered very useful in the medical field. Lemon zest and juice has its many beneficial substances, which can help stop bleeding and disinfection, and treat gingivitis.

 Using lemon for beauty:

In cosmetics lemon juice can be used to remove dead skin cells, to clarify and address the problem of skin and scalp irritations and polish gate.

If your nails are stratified , do not rush to buy expansive nail cream in the pharmacy. Buy a lemon! (I have a lot of them in my garden :)) It’s crust will help in strengthen of  the nail plate exfoliate and get rid of the fungus. To do this, simply rub nails with  lemon peel or do the bath with the addition of lemon juice.

At home you can prepare an excellent tool for smoothing facial wrinkles and give the skin youthful. To make  this mix, put  in equal proportions olive oil and lemon juice.

Green tea with a slice of lemon will give the face a healthy glow and add fresh blush to your cheeks.

Lemon juice with  water will help you to get rid of freckles, age spots and pimples. Lemon has also lot of disinfectant properties that help destroy microbes and prevent inflammation of pustules.

Rinsing hair with water and lemon juice will give them splendor and silkiness.

Lemon is useful not only for the face but for the legs, too. Warm foot bath with lemon juice helps relieve fatigue and relieve your feet from swelling.
