Olive oil – We all know it, but are you aware that you treasure on the kitchen a  counter!

Lowers the bad cholesterol (LDL). Raises levels of good cholesterol (HDL). Lowers blood pressure. Helps prevent heart disease and stroke. Olive oil helps in the process of cleaning the body of toxins (for that olivesyou should drink in the morning on an empty stomach squeezed lemon juice with a tablespoon of good quality olive oil and half a cup of warm water).
