The benefits of MELON

Melon – a plant of the Cucurbitaceae family , kind of cucumbers, false berry .

Melon is considered the birthplace of Africa , East India, Central Asia and Asia Minor . It is known that it was grown in ancient Egypt .


The wild melon is now practically nonexistent . Cultural forms obtained by selection of Asian weed-field types that have survived until now.

Basically melon is eaten raw, cut into slices , removing the outer skin . Better not to  eat raw melon with other foods ! Combined with other products melon may do harm to digestion.

Melon contains vitamins B1, B2, PP, A, C. Melon extremely rich in iron: its mass fraction in melon 17 times more than milk. Besides iron melon contains potassium, calcium, sodium and chlorine. Melon is recommended to take with exhaustion and anemia, as well as in atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases. Melon enhances the action of antibiotics, reducing their toxicity.

Melon contains a large number of enzymes, therefore, perfectly digested intestines, helping his normal work. How to cure a melon can be taken for any digestive disorders. Doctors recommend eating melon for any liver disease, as well as kidney stones and bladder. In addition, melon increases hemoglobin and immunity, calming effect on the nervous system, improves your appearance.

 Signs of good, ripe, tasty melon:

good melon will have nice smell;

Mask for sensitive skin from melon: 

Ripe pulp need a good stretch, add a strong infusion of chamomile slurry to form a slurry. Impose mixture on your face, keep for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with cool water and gently apply on face moisturizer.

Melon is very effective in the treatment of dry skin. For this type of skin just enough to wipe her juice, which perfectly softens, refreshes and nourishes the skin. Mask for dry skin:
